At Respony, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for our subscription services.
2. Subscription Plans
Respony offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: No charge, limited features
- Starter: $19/month or $190/year
- Pro: $49/month or $490/year
- Growth: $99/month or $990/year
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
3. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Respony within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Eligibility for 14-Day Refund
- Request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date
- Applies to first-time subscribers only
- Available for both monthly and annual subscriptions
Not Eligible for 14-Day Refund
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Upgrades or downgrades after the initial 14-day period
- Accounts that have been previously refunded
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the billing period ends
5. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, the following applies:
- Within 14 days: Full refund available as described above
- After 14 days: No refunds, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal
We recommend starting with a monthly subscription if you want to test the Service before committing to an annual plan.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Significant service outages that prevented use of paid features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
- Other circumstances at our discretion

8. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within:
- Review: 1-3 business days
- Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
9. Payment Processing
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing requirements. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Ineligibility for future refunds
- Additional fees that may be passed on to you
11. Free Plan Users
Users on the Free plan are not charged and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If you have been incorrectly charged while on the Free plan, please contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
